At this time, only contracted food vendors and food trucks are allowed to sell chilled beverages like water and soda pop. They pay a higher rental fee for this right.
Vendors may sell non-chilled drinks in the "grocery" category, but not in the chilled concession capacity or in coolers.
Of course you may bring your own personal beverages.
